The Melt Haus Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including no-call/no-shows, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service balance. When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which will be applied toward the applicable cancellation fee. Package and membership appointments are subject to the same 24-hour policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduled package or membership session. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in full prepayment being required for future appointments or restriction from online booking. By booking with The Melt Haus, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
